Job summary

Basatin Landscaping SPLLC is seeking a QA/QC Engineer (Landscaping) to ensure project quality across softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and soil work. You will develop QA/QC procedures, perform on-site inspections, review materials, and coordinate with contractors to meet design specs and environmental regulations.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, defect prevention, and corrective actions to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirements include a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, horticulture or environmental engineering.
• A diploma in landscape engineering, construction management, or quality assurance may be considered with relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in QA/QC engineering, landscaping construction, or quality control roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, guidelines, and checklists for landscaping projects.
• Conduct on-site inspections and testing to verify materials, workmanship, and installation.
• Prepare NCRs, corrective action plans, and root cause analyses for quality issues.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, checklists, and site audit records.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards.
• Support project handover with final inspections and compliance documentation.
