Job summary

Valen Management is seeking a Land Surveyor to perform precise field measurements and prepare topographic maps for infrastructure and building projects in Dubai. The role ensures compliance with Dubai Municipality and RTA standards.

You will conduct field surveys, set out control points, and prepare detailed reports using AutoCAD or Civil 3D, coordinating with project teams to resolve discrepancies. UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of land surveying experience in construction, high-rise projects preferred.
• Proficiency in GPS, Total Station, and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Field surveys and topographic mapping.
• Set out horizontal/vertical control points, lines and levels.
• Prepare survey reports and as-built drawings.
