Job summary

Intertec Softwares in Dubai seeks a highly skilled Project Delivery & Support professional with 8–10 years of experience to serve as a Technical SME across listed technologies. The role involves handling medium to large projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budgets, and resolving critical incidents with defined SLAs.

The candidate should hold BE/BTech/BSc degrees and maintain relevant certifications such as CCIE Security, Palo Alto PCNSE, Fortinet NSE 4/7, Aruba certifications.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/BSc degree is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in project delivery and support.
• Technical SME for the technologies listed in the competency table below.

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical SME for technologies listed in the Competency table below.
• Handle medium and large projects, delivering them within schedule and budgets.
• Troubleshoot critical customer incidents/breakdowns within agreed service levels for self and team.
• Maintain and acquire certifications as per business requirements for self and team.
• Escalate and coordinate with SMEs/vendors for critical cases and major issues.
• Ability to work on-field at customer premises as required.
• Provide consultative delivery to enable additional opportunities.
• Create and review manuals for projects and support documents.
• Lead by example and inspire confidence among team members and external vendors.
• Multitask and prioritize multiple objectives and requests.
• Communicate across departments with stakeholders.
