Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book.
• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Experience in designing and evaluating training programs across various formats.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess training needs across departments.
• Design and deliver learning programs, including e-learning and workshops.
• Lead onboarding and induction initiatives for new joiners and managers.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
• Manage training schedules, budgets, and reporting.
