Job summary

A leading professional services firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Associate in the Finance Qualifications team. The role involves managing the delivery of professional training programs, coordinating with trainers, and ensuring a high quality of service. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of experience in education or training operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Flexibility to support evening and weekend classes is also required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in education/training operations, client servicing or project coordination.
• Prior experience in a professional training institute, business school or EdTech platform is preferred.
• Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full delivery cycle of finance qualification programs.
• Liaise with trainers on session plans and content logistics.
• Manage client and student communications including onboarding and issue resolution.
• Organize venue bookings and exam logistics for in-person training.
• Track and report on attendance, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Assist in invoicing, budget tracking, and payment follow-ups.
