• 8 years of professional Java/JVM experience in production.
• Strong Java 17/21 and Spring Boot expertise.
• Deep JVM internals knowledge: GC, memory, concurrency, and perf tuning.
• Experience profiling and optimizing latency, throughput.

• Improve application performance across Java-based distributed systems.
• Investigate bottlenecks using profiling and benchmarking tools.
