Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Consultant IVF for a specialist reproductive medicine opportunity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role covers comprehensive fertility assessment, diagnosis, and ART procedures, including IVF, stimulation, egg retrieval and embryo transfer, with collaboration across embryology and nursing teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in infertility care and IVF
• Expertise in reproductive endocrinology and fertility treatment.
• Strong communication and counselling skills.
• Ability to coordinate care with embryology, nursing and other specialists.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage infertility and fertility-related concerns.
• Conduct comprehensive fertility evaluations using medical history, exams and tests.
• Develop individualized fertility treatment plans.
• Perform and supervise IVF and other ART procedures.
• Manage ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval and embryo transfer.
• Monitor cycles with ultrasound and hormonal assessments.
• Provide pre-treatment counselling on options, risks, and outcomes.
• Evaluate complex infertility cases and manage complications.
• Coordinate with embryology and nursing teams for patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with standards.
• Offer ongoing clinical guidance and emotional support to patients.
