Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Global ITO Contract Management Leader to guide a worldwide team negotiating turnkey power project contracts.

You will shape deal structures, assess commercial risk, and coordinate with sourcing, legal, and execution teams to maximize value across the ITO lifecycle. This senior role requires proven leadership in complex negotiations, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across a global matrixed organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Significant experience in contract management or complex deal negotiations.
Experience negotiating complex customer contracts and consortium agreements.
Experience leading global teams in a matrixed environment.
Strong commercial deal structuring knowledge for large equipment projects.

Responsibilities

Lead a global team of Contract Managers for turnkey power plant opportunities.
Negotiate terms & conditions with customers and partners, including consortium agreements.
Provide risk analysis and develop alternatives to mitigate commercial risk.
Shape bid structures for equipment TKP and TKSI during pre-ITO stage.
Advise on deal structures and resolve senior partner alignment issues.
