Job summary

FA Consulting in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Investment Strategy & Market Research Analyst to evaluate investment opportunities, conduct rigorous market research, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic decisions and long-term growth.

You will build financial models, perform valuation analyses, assess risks and potential returns, monitor industry dynamics, and collaborate with Finance and Corporate Strategy to inform investment planning and value creation.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment analysis, market research, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, investment principles, and market analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant financial research tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent research, report-writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Investment Management, or related discipline is preferred.
• CFA, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investment research, market analysis, and industry assessments to identify potential opportunities.
• Analyze financial performance, market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, forecasts, and investment scenarios.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, risks, expected returns, and potential growth prospects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and market assessments for proposed investments.
• Monitor economic developments, industry dynamics, and emerging investment trends.
• Prepare investment reports, research briefs, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Support investment strategy development, portfolio analysis, and capital allocation decisions.
• Analyze competitor performance, customer demand, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Strategy, and senior management teams on investment initiatives.
• Track investment performance and assess opportunities for long-term value creation.
