The Open World seeks a Senior Investment Migration Advisor in Dubai to drive client acquisition and close investments for France IDEA, a residency pathway requiring a minimum €300,000 investment. You will work with the Founder & CEO, manage inquiries, assess eligibility and guide clients through the sales cycle.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in investment migration, strong knowledge of European Golden Visa programmes, and fluency in French and English.

About the role

The Open World is looking for an experienced Senior Investment Migration Advisor to drive client acquisition and sales for France IDEA, our investment-led French residency programme.

France IDEA connects international investors with qualifying investment opportunities in French companies under France's Talent – Economic Investor residence pathway, with a minimum qualifying investment of €300,000.

With growing client demand and an expanding international partner network, we are looking for a proven investment migration professional who understands European Golden Visa programmes, builds trust with investors and knows how to close.

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, supported by our operations and compliance team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert enquiries from marketing campaigns, direct clients and international B2B partners.
• Conduct client consultations, assess eligibility and investment capacity, and manage the sales process through contract signing and payment.
• Present France IDEA's investment pathway, eligibility requirements, costs, timelines and risks accurately.
• Explain investment opportunities using approved materials and coordinate technical questions with the Founder, project sponsors and advisers.
• Maintain strong relationships with referring partners, immigration firms, wealth managers and family offices.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across The Open World's broader residency and citizenship portfolio.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up schedules, pipeline reports and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate client onboarding with our operations and compliance team.
• Participate in partner presentations, training sessions and industry events.

Profile

• Ideally 4–8 years of experience in investment migration, RCBI or international private-client advisory.
• Strong knowledge of European Golden Visa and residency-by-investment programmes is essential.
• Proven track record of converting enquiries into signed, paying clients.
• Fluent French and English are mandatory.
• Familiarity with Caribbean citizenship-by-investment programmes is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working with HNW investors, entrepreneurs and international partners.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship management, negotiation and closing skills.
• Sufficient financial understanding to explain investment structures, potential returns and risks without providing regulated investment advice.
• Organised, proactive and commercially driven, with the ability to manage multiple clients and partner relationships.
• A third language, particularly Arabic, Russian or Mandarin, is appreciated.

Compensation & location

Competitive fixed salary plus performance-based commissions, with opportunities for greater responsibility as France IDEA grows.

Dubai-based, full-time position with occasional international travel.
