Job summary

Andsimple, a UAE-based single-family office, is recruiting a Senior Investment Associate to manage a diversified, multi-asset portfolio spanning listed markets, private equity, real assets and more. You will work closely with a lean team and directly with decision-makers.

The role covers investment analysis, due diligence, portfolio oversight, and governance input. You will run models across public and private markets, prepare memos and quarterly reports, and monitor existing holdings.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in investment management, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a family office or endowment.
• Strong financial modelling, including LBO, and real estate investment exposure.
• Track record in fund manager due diligence and selection.
• Discreet, detail-oriented and effective within a small, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Run due diligence and build models across public markets, private equity, venture, hedge funds, credit and real assets.
• Prepare investment memos, committee materials, quarterly reports and portfolio dashboards.
• Monitor existing positions and engage with fund managers and company leadership.
• Support fund operations, legal and compliance, and external manager relationships.

The roleSupporting the investment team in analysing, monitoring and managing a diversified portfolio across asset classes, the role combines investment analysis, portfolio oversight and operational due diligence, with real input into manager selection, allocation and governance.- Run due diligence and build models across public markets, private equity, venture, hedge funds, credit and real assets- Prepare investment memos, committee materials, quarterly reports and portfolio dashboards- Monitor existing positions and engage with fund managers and company leadership- Support fund operations, legal and compliance, and external manager relationships
