Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a skilled Manager - Investigations to lead the Investigations team. You will conduct complex investigations, mediate concerns, and provide guidance while ensuring confidentiality and proper chain of custody for evidence.

The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to train and develop staff. Preferred candidates hold a CFE/PCI and a related bachelor’s degree, with 5+ years as an investigator and 3+ years in a managerial position, ideally

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CFE and PCI certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an investigator; 3+ years in a managerial role preferred.
• Prior UAE experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex investigations and initiate engineering work orders.
• Mediate employee concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Provide objective feedback and develop team abilities.
• Document incidents accurately in investigative reports.
• Assist outside agencies and maintain confidentiality.
• Support training and stay updated on department developments.
• Manage guest relations and scene management during security incidents.
• Ensure proper chain of custody for evidence.
