Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is recruiting an Assistant Director - Investigation to lead security investigations and corporate inquiries. You will develop strategies, oversee investigators, ensure lawful procedures, and report findings to senior stakeholders.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills within a UAE context. Responsibilities include collaborating with Legal and HR, maintaining regulatory compliance, and presenting actionable insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ federal, state, city, or county experience as an investigator.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a senior manager or above.
• Preferred: Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
• Preferred: Professional Certified Investigator (PCI).
• Preference for UAE work experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Leadership activities, set objectives and KPIs.
• Develop investigative strategies and reporting protocols.
• Review procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR on complex issues.
• Prepare comprehensive investigative reports and presentations.
• Track trends, diagnose root causes, and propose corrective actions.
• Oversee investigators on complex cases and audits.
