Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CIA, CPA or ACCA is essential.
• 4–5 years in external/internal auditing, compliance or internal controls.
• Experience in auditing processes, risks, and control effectiveness.

Aufgaben

• Identify and evaluate organizational risk areas and contribute to the Annual Audit Plan.
• Conduct internal audit procedures to assess compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
• Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and operations.
• Document audit findings, gaps and inefficiencies with practical recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings and recommendations for management.
• Communicate results to management and the Board when required.
• Represent Internal Audit on project teams and participate in management meetings.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in audit practices.
• Participate in training and share knowledge with colleagues.
