Job summary

Department Of Finance in Dubai seeks a senior Internal Audit Manager to implement governance standards and oversee financial and operational audits. You will analyze and update the annual audit plan based on risk assessments, execute it, and provide feedback to the Internal Audit Office and related units.

You will prepare audit reports with key findings and recommendations, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and coordinate responses with concerned entities.

Qualifications

• علوم إدارية/الهندسة الصناعية كمرجع أساسي
• 12 سنة خبرة للبكالوريوس كحد أدنى، 9 سنوات للماجستير، 6 للدكتوراه
• شهادات مهنية متخصصة في مجالات (مرونة الفضاء الإلكتروني/استمرارية الأعمال/إدارة الأزمات/الاستجابة للحوادث/التعافي من كوارث تكنولوجيا المعلومات)
• تشديد على الالتزام باللوائح والسياسات وإعداد تقارير التدقيق والمراجعة

Responsibilities

• تحليل وتحديث مسودة عالم التدقيق وخطة التدقيق السنوية المبنية على المخاطر
• التدقيق والمتابعة على الالتزام بالقوانين والسياسات واللوائح للعمليات والحوكمة
• إعداد تقارير التدقيق والتوصيات ورفعها للرئيس المباشر
• المتابعة وضمان الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية وتطوير سجل المخاطر
• مراجعة الردود والمعالجات وتنسيقها مع الوحدات التنظيمية
