Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead risk-based audits across Dubai retail operations and the wider Group. You will evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and deliver findings that strengthen governance and business performance.

You will oversee engagements and coordinate with leaders, Risk, Compliance, and external assurance providers. The role requires 10–12 years in internal/audit risk disciplines, professional qualifications, and a strong knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
10–12 years of progressive experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management or related assurance discipline.
Experience leading audit teams and managing complex engagements.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CIA.
Strong knowledge of risk-based audit methodologies.
Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and governance practices.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Experience evaluating operational and financial processes and reporting audit findings.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end risk-based audit engagements.
Develop audit programs, risk and control matrices, and testing procedures.
Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness and report findings.
Monitor remediation actions and closure of audit recommendations.
Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Quality Assurance and external assurance providers.
