Job summary

Black Pearl is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential and commercial interior projects in Dubai. You will drive concept development through completion, transforming client requirements into innovative spaces while managing budgets and schedules.

The role requires a strong portfolio, excellence in client communication, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver luxury interiors on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Proven delivery of high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Strong AutoCAD (2D) skills; 3D visualization skills are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of interior materials, finishes, lighting and furniture.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their design requirements, budget, and objectives.
• Develop creative interior concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead design process from concept to completion.
• Prepare mood boards, layouts, and presentation materials.
• Produce detailed 2D drawings and design documentation in AutoCAD.
• Specify finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor timelines and ensure timely design deliverables.
• Support clients with space planning and styling recommendations.
• Present concepts to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Identify business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
