Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 12–15 years of experience in industrial projects, fit-out works, and site supervision.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out methodologies, space planning, materials and finishes, building codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Interior Design Lead, ensuring works align with approved concepts, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor construction and fit-out activities daily to verify compliance with standards, quality benchmarks and safety.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, finishes, samples, and mock-ups.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports with deviations and corrective actions.
• Communicate design clarifications and updates to maintain smooth workflow and avoid delays.
• Advocate for quality, functionality and aesthetics while ensuring compliance with industrial standards.
