Job summary

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and 12–15 years of experience in industrial projects, fit-out works and site supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for coordination with contractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related discipline.
• 12–15 years of experience in industrial projects, fit-out works and site supervision.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out methodologies, space planning, materials and finishes, building codes and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design work, ensuring alignment with approved concepts, drawings and specs.
• Monitor construction and fit-out activities daily for compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, finishes, samples and mock-ups.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports with deviations and corrective actions.
• Communicate design clarifications and updates to maintain smooth workflow and avoid delays.
• Advocate for quality, functionality and aesthetics while ensuring compliance with project standards.
