Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Interior Design Architect to join our UAE Supervision team in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead the review and supervision of interior architectural works during construction, ensuring that all design, quality, and technical requirements are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract documents, and local authority regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 12–15 years of relevant UAE project experience.
• Strong background in interior fit-out, finishing works, and design coordination.
• Experience on hospitality, commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review and supervise interior architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction quality, progress, and workmanship.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and RFIs.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project standards, and QA/QC requirements.
• Support material approvals, snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Prepare inspection reports and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery.
