Job summary

Archirodon group is seeking a skilled interface manager to develop and maintain interface management plans in Abu Dhabi. The role involves collaboration with various project stakeholders to ensure compliance with interface requirements and timely resolution of issues.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have a minimum of 8 years in interface management or project engineering, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector, with ADNOC project experience being highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in interface management or project engineering roles, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Experience in ADNOC projects is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interface management plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to define interface requirements.
• Conduct regular interface meetings and workshops.
• Monitor interface deliverables and milestones.
• Liaise with stakeholders to address interface management concerns.
• Review engineering documents for compliance with interface requirements.
• Identify interface-related risks for project leadership.
• Coordinate interface activities into project schedules.
• Act as focal point for site visit coordination.
• Prepare interface matrix and generate the Interface Register.
