Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to deliver high-scale microservice-backed integrations. You will collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive resilient, fast Omni-channel experiences, mentor engineers, and shape the team’s technical standards.

The role requires deep expertise in Java/JEE/Spring, microservices, and container platforms, with a security-first mindset and strong collaboration with product and security teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience with Java/JEE/Spring.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems.
• Certifications in TOGAF/Azure/AWS/GCP solutions architecture.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift and container ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of testing, security, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for product quality, security and performance improvements.
• Solve high-scope technical problems for the team.
• Mentor engineers to grow their technical skills and autonomy.
• Ship large features with minimal guidance and collaborate on roadmaps.
• Drive security-first mindset and refine security practices with the security team.
• Collaborate with product teams to define features and architecture.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders as a technical consultant.
• Promote maintainable code and internal standards through code reviews.
