Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is urgently seeking an experienced Instrumentation Design Engineer for the oil & gas sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience and expertise in instrumentation design, including proficiency in SP3D, E3D, AutoCAD, and MicroStation. Responsibilities include developing detailed designs and specifications, managing 3D models, and ensuring compliance with project standards. The role offers a total package of 12,500 AED and benefits such as medical insurance and annual vacation pay.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience as an Instrumentation Designer.
• Previous experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably within EPC/consultancy environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver instrumentation design and drafting for oil & gas facilities.
• Create and manage 3D instrumentation models using SP3D/E3D.
• Prepare and maintain 2D drawings using AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Coordinate with various engineering disciplines to ensure design integration.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry best practices.
• Support design activities during FEED and EPC phases.
