Job summary

KBR, Inc in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Engineer, Maintenance (Instrument & Control) to support ADNOC projects. This role provides expert engineering support to maintain ESD, DCS, PLCs, and other IC systems across the plant.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years EPC maintenance experience, CMMS knowledge (SAP/Maximo), and proven ability to lead complex system improvements while upholding HSE standards and reliability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a MUST.
• 15+ years in EPC/oil & gas maintenance, with ≥8 years in instrument & control.
• Experience in Gas Processing/NGL & EPC/Detail Engineering.
• Knowledge of CMMS (SAP/Maximo).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of HSE procedures & practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope of work for major overhauls of instrument & control systems.
• Upgrade maintenance procedures to meet changing requirements.
• Prepare work instructions for Control Systems.
• Establish and maintain instrument section QMS requirements.
• Carry out root cause analysis and investigations into system problems.
