Job summary
ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Instrument & Control Maintenance Supervisor to plan and supervise maintenance activities across plant instrumentation and control systems, coordinating with operations and other maintenance teams to ensure reliable performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Instrumentation and Control or Electronics.
- 6 years of experience in Instrument and Control engineering and maintenance in a large industrial organization.
- As applicable professional certifications.
Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for instrument and control systems.
- Provide technical field support for execution of critical maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Evaluate manpower, materials and tools to execute preventive, breakdown and shutdown plans.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, ISO practices and high quality requirements.
