Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Instrumentation/Control Maintenance Engineer to supervise and optimize plant instrument systems. You will lead maintenance activities, review plans, and perform root cause analyses to ensure reliability and safe operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation/Control Engineering with 8+ years in ICS maintenance, and will coordinate with multiple departments for shutdowns and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation/Control Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in I/C maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, maintenance, repair and modification of instrument & control equipment.
• Review preventive maintenance plans and supervise execution.
• Diagnose and perform root cause analysis; assess residual life.
• Advise on chronic problems and major repair/spares requirements.
• Support risk assessments and implement recommendations.
• Ensure spare parts availability and manage stock changes.
• Prepare maintenance procedures and long-term work schedules.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize shutdowns and costs.
• Provide technical support for new projects and PCR assessments.
