Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure construction projects in the GCC. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and engineering teams.

You will drive risk mitigation, manage procurement strategies, ensure safety and quality standards, and report progress from design through handover.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering required.
Minimum 20 years in major infrastructure projects in GCC Region.
At least 5 years as a Project Manager for major roads, utilities and urban development.
Strong PMC/Construction Supervision, contract administration and stakeholder coordination.
PMP or APM certification preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead the PMC site delivery/construction team and manage contractor performance.
Ensure compliance with approved program, design, HSSE, cost and reporting requirements.
Coordinate with Employer, Engineer, consultants and stakeholders for timely delivery.
Review infrastructure package procurement strategies and implement them.
Coordinate Design, Construction and Commercial disciplines for infrastructure.
Chair meetings and manage project risk, progress, and reporting.
