Job summary

Hill International (Middle East) Limited is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects in the GCC, with a focus on roads, utilities, and marine works. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage interfaces, budgets, and schedules to meet client requirements and standards.

The role requires extensive PMC/consultancy experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and over 20 years in infrastructure design and construction management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years' experience (Minimum 5 years in GCC) in infrastructure design and construction management within large-scale GCC Infrastructure (Roads & Utilities)/ Community Development Projects.
• Strong experience in Roads, Utilities and Urban Development.
• Proven background in PMC / Consultancy and multidisciplinary coordination environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, procurement, construction, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects related to marine works, ensuring on-schedule, on-budget delivery and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Manage risk, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder engagement to meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and partners to ensure effective project delivery and budget adherence.
