Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise virtualization, storage, and data center services across VMware, Windows, and Linux environments. You will ensure secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure with well-documented processes.

You will lead technical delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to business continuity initiatives, including DR testing and patch management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in design, implementation, and operations of virtualization, storage, and data center infrastructure.
• Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO for secure identity services.
• Professional certifications such as VMware, RHCSA/RHCE, Windows Server, ITIL are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware, ESXi, vCenter).
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer within the team.
• Manage Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments across production, DR, testing and development.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Manage enterprise storage (SAN/NAS), provisioning, replication, and capacity forecasting.
• Operate enterprise backup and recovery with defined RPO/RTO targets.
• Oversee data center operations including power, cooling, and facilities coordination.
• Plan upgrades, patching, hardening, and end-of-life replacement activities.
