Job summary

Ajman Municipality is seeking a Principal Information Security Executive to lead the design and implementation of security strategies in a government administration context. You will oversee security policy development, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive critical initiatives to protect sensitive information while advancing technological capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in information security or a related role.
• Strong understanding of security principles and frameworks.
• Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information security concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security strategies to protect against information security threats
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities
