Job summary

3i Infotech is seeking a highly skilled Informatica ETL Developer with over eight years of experience to join our data engineering team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will own enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines, collaborate with data architects, and ensure high-availability data delivery with strict SLAs.

You will develop and optimize Informatica PowerCenter mappings, sessions, and workflows while tuning SQL queries for maximum throughput.

Qualifications

8+ years of total IT experience in data integration and enterprise ETL engineering.
5+ years hands-on development with Informatica PowerCenter (Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor).
Experience with relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server/Teradata) and SQL performance tuning.
Experience collaborating with Data Architects and Data Modelers on star/snowflake schemas.
Able to troubleshoot production workflow failures and perform root cause analysis.
Excellent communication and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter.
Execute complex ETL routines from heterogeneous sources into data warehouses.
Collaborate with Data Modelers/Architects to refine dimensional models.
Tune complex SQL, indexing, and data staging to maximize throughput.
Perform RCA and troubleshoot pipeline bottlenecks and failures.
Ensure BAU data operations meet strict SLAs and provide Tier-3 support.
Maintain data mappings, source-to-target dictionaries, and runbooks.
Enforce data governance and code quality standards.
