Job summary

Palladium HR Consultants seeks a Project Manager to lead industrial projects in the UAE, delivering on time and within budget. You will own P&L, build client relationships, and mentor teams while ensuring quality and safety standards across sites.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree with 15+ years of experience, including 6+ years in leading industrial projects and extensive steel structures work, plus MEP knowledge and Dubai regulatory familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 6 years leading and managing industrial projects (Factories, Warehouses, Central Kitchens etc).
• 10 years of experience in steel structures.
• Working knowledge of MEP.
• Registered with Dubai Municipality.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and legislative requirements for JAFZA, DIP, DIC.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the profit and loss of assigned projects.
• Build strategic relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and mentor team members.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
• Motivate and retain project teams to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate site activities and resolve technical issues.
• Manage material procurement and delivery.
• Identify and manage long lead items and special systems.
• Prepare execution strategies and cost estimates.
• Implement quality management and control systems.
• Manage project expenses and budget allocation.
• Oversee subcontracted work for quality and timely completion.
• Plan and schedule project activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Proper documentation and closeout of projects.
