Job summary

Management Solutions International MSI seeks an experienced IAM Architect to design and oversee identity and access management strategies for large enterprise environments. You will lead architectural design, oversee solution implementation, and guide integration across security and infrastructure teams.

The role requires hands-on IAM experience, strong knowledge of authentication protocols, and a track record of scalable IAM systems. Certifications are a plus for this senior position.

Qualifications

• 9 years of IT security experience with at least 4 years in IAM architecture.
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML OAuth OpenID Connect).
• Hands-on experience with at least one major IAM platform.
• Proven experience in designing scalable IAM architectures for complex enterprise setups.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM IAM vendor certifications) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and design IAM architectures aligned with enterprise security strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership for IAM solution implementation (e.g. SailPoint ForgeRock Ping Okta Azure AD).
• Develop architecture diagrams integration patterns and reference models for IAM.
• Collaborate with business security and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Evaluate and recommend IAM tools frameworks and best practices.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to engineering and operations teams.
