Worley seeks an Associate Hydrologist to join its Water Solutions team in the UAE, delivering complex hydrology and water management projects across energy, mining and infrastructure sectors. You will lead technical workstreams, mentor teams, and support client relationships and proposals.

Qualificações

• Degree in Hydrology, Water Resources Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geography or a related discipline.
• Substantial consultancy or industry experience with responsibility for technical and project leadership.
• Chartered status through an appropriate professional institution.
• Strong technical expertise in hydrology, flood risk, drainage or water resources.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing commercial performance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and client relationship management skills.
• Experience supporting business development and work-winning activities.
• Ability to mentor and develop technical professionals.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Technical leadership: lead and oversee complex hydrological, flood risk and drainage studies and provide direction on water resources and climate resilience.
• Project leadership: manage major multidisciplinary projects with budgets, schedules and risk management.
• Client and business development: build client relationships and contribute to proposals and estimates.
• People and capability development: mentor colleagues and promote technical excellence across teams.
