Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years Gulf experience as A/C Technician or HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities management is an advantage.
• Availability within the UAE at application time.

Responsibilities

• Installing, inspecting, servicing and repairing air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on residential and commercial cooling systems.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults and carrying out necessary repairs.
• Maintaining split units, ducted systems, package units and central air conditioning systems.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensuring all work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures.
• Keeping maintenance records and reporting completed work accurately.
