Job summary

Design Solutions Inc. (DSI) seeks an experienced Associate – HVAC to lead HVAC design activities across complex MEP projects in the UAE.

The role requires strong technical expertise, project leadership, and a proven record of delivering high-quality HVAC solutions within multidisciplinary teams. You will develop and review HVAC systems and documentation, coordinate with PHE, Electrical, Structural, Architectural, and BIM teams, mentor engineers, and ensure designs comply with international codes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in HVAC design and engineering.
• Experience in MEP consultancy and multidisciplinary building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP/BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC design from concept through detailed design and delivery.
• Develop and review HVAC systems, layouts, calculations, and documentation.
• Coordinate designs with PHE, Electrical, Structural, Architectural, and BIM teams.
• Mentor engineers and designers and ensure quality and timely deliverables.
