Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. seeks a Senior Design Engineer - HVAC to lead onshore and offshore HVAC design for EPC projects. You will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, review vendor deliverables, and support procurement, construction, testing and commissioning to ensure delivery per specifications.

The role requires extensive HVAC design expertise, familiarity with ASHRAE/SMACNA/NFPA/ISO/API standards, and the ability to work across a multicultural project environment in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 12-15 years of HVAC design experience in EPC projects.
• Strong expertise in HVAC system design, calculations and equipment selection.
• Experience with heat load, ventilation, pressurization, and smoke control systems.
• Proficiency with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, ISO, API and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC design and detailed engineering for onshore and offshore EPC projects.
• Review and approve vendor drawings and data sheets.
• Support procurement through technical bid evaluations and vendor clarifications.
• Provide design support during construction, testing and commissioning.
• Attend site visits to ensure project execution.
