Job summary

TECNIMONT in Ruwais, UAE, seeks a Construction HVAC Superintendent to direct subcontractor activities and ensure plant construction aligns with erection schedules, budget, and quality and safety standards.

The role requires an engineering degree and at least 10 years' experience in large oil and gas EPC HVAC projects; responsibilities include reviewing method statements, enforcing HSE, coordinating progress, and supporting contract matters.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent diploma in engineering.
• 10+ years in HVAC construction for large oil & gas EPC projects.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and quality/safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier material and documentation delivery schedules.
• Approve subcontractor method statements and ensure correct field application.
• Enforce HSE procedures on site and participate in HSE activities.
• Monitor schedule adherence and drive recovery actions for delays.
• Verify subcontractor equipment and manpower meet design and safety standards.
• Coordinate nonconformity resolutions and sign inspection certificates.
• Assist Contract Manager in defining prices and analyzing claims.
