Job summary
Penspen Ltd in Ruwais, UAE, is seeking a Senior HSE Supervisor to oversee site health, safety and environmental activities on a major petrochemical project. You will lead the on-site HSE team, ensure compliance with project procedures and client requirements, and drive incident prevention.
The role demands 15+ years in HSE supervisory roles within petrochemical or refinery settings, a diploma or degree in engineering, NEBOSH IGC, and strong leadership, communication and reporting abilities.
Qualifications
- 15+ Years of experience in HSE as supervisory role within Petrochemical, Refinery projects.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification.
- Experience working in Borouge project preferable.
- Good knowledge of site safety practices and permit-to-work systems.
- Strong communication, leadership and reporting skills.
