Qualifications

• 13–17 years of progressive HSE experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience managing HSE operations on large-scale, complex project sites.
• Consultancy experience with client-facing roles in HSE advisory, audits, and system implementation.
• Must have UAE experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies aligned with project goals.
• Oversee HSE performance across multiple project sites and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Provide expert HSE consultancy to clients, including gap analysis and regulatory support.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.
