Job summary

Wood is recruiting an experienced PMC HSE Manager (SPB) for ADNOC Offshore in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on leading HSE philosophy, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations, and driving Zero Harm on a major energy project.

The ideal candidate will influence safety across contractors and vendors while engaging with regulators and stakeholders. The position offers exposure to a global leader in energy, with a strong track record in delivering large, complex projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the project's HSE philosophy, objectives, and management system.
• Promote a strong safety culture across PMC, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Drive the achievement of Zero Lost Time Incidents (LTI) and Zero Harm targets.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE standards, local regulations, international standards, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor adherence to environmental permits, statutory requirements, and project-specific HSE commitments.
• Interface with regulatory authorities and stakeholders on HSE matters.
