Job summary

STAR SERVICES LLC. is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor/Specialist/Officer in Abu Dhabi to support the Project Manager by planning, supervising, and reporting on incident prevention and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of work experience in HSE Advisor/Specialist/Officer with EPC/substation knowledge.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as HSE focal point to site, project and management.
• Develop and implement Project HSE Plan per contractual requirements.
• Lead accident investigations and ensure root-cause analysis.
• Represent HSE to customers and maintain records and reports.
• Conduct site visits and audits to close gaps in execution.
• Provide training and guidance to management and workforce on HSE objectives.
• Support incident trend analysis and preventative actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and regulatory requirements.
