Job summary

Gloria International Recruitment Services Llc is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to develop and implement HSE plans, lead audits, and manage incident investigations for oil and gas petrochemical projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering, NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor, and has 8–10 years in HSE with at least 3 years in a leadership role; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, or HSE.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
• ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor certification.
• 8–10 years HSE experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Minimum 3 years as HSE Engineer managing HSE professionals.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures and emergency response plans.
• Conduct HSE inspections, audits, training and awareness sessions.
• Implement PTW, WMS, Risk Assessments and Safe System of Work.
• Investigate incidents and identify root causes.
• Implement H2S control measures and ensure HSE compliance.
• Lead and manage the HSE team.
