Job summary

A leading engineering company in Dubai seeks a Health and Safety Consultant to develop and oversee the Health Safety and Environment Management Plan. This role requires at least 12 years in the construction industry and the ability to lead safety inspections and compliance with local regulations. Strong qualifications in occupational safety are essential. Full-time commitment is expected, and the position does not include remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the Construction Industry.
• Previous experience as a Supervision Consultant.
• Knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi Municipality H&S Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Health Safety and Environment Management Plan.
• Lead weekly Health and Safety inspections and meetings.
• Ensure construction Health and Safety plans are in place.

Education

Bachelors degree in occupational health and safety Engineering or a related field

Level 5 Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Level 5, NVQ Level 5, OTHM Level 6, BSC Diploma, etc.)
