Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in highway design and project management.
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng, PE, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Strong command of RTA, DM, ADM standards and global design codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and delivery of major expressways and urban roads.
• Oversee geometric design, alignments, and highway layout.
• Coordinate closely with structural, drainage, traffic, and environmental teams.
