Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Hardware PCB Layout Engineer to design and deliver complex, high-density PCBs for embedded electronic products. You will own PCB layout from schematic handover through design release, collaborating with hardware, mechanical, RF, FPGA, and manufacturing teams.

You will work in an international team with a strong emphasis on quality, DFM/DFT compliance, and efficient design reviews. The role offers challenging work and competitive compensation for a seasoned engineer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of PCB layout or hardware design experience.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer and complex multilayer PCBs.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed mixed-signal and power PCB design.

Responsibilities

• Design complex, high-density multilayer PCBs for embedded and mission-critical products.
• Own PCB layout from schematic handover through design release and manufacturing.
• Define PCB stack-ups, controlled impedance, routing rules, via structures and copper distribution.
• Layout high-speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe, GbE, USB, MIPI) and ensure DFM/DFT compliance.
• Support design reviews, prototype bring-up, EMC/environmental testing and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with HW, Mechanical, RF, FPGA, and manufacturing teams.
