Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in the Middle East, including 6-8 years in the UAE.
• Preferably experience in healthcare facility project delivery.
• Ability to review and comment on architectural documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor architectural works for contract compliance and procedures.
• Review and process architectural technical submittals.
• Coordinate with other disciplines concerning clinical spaces.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Technical knowledge in exterior envelope details

Knowledge of UAE building codes

Familiarity with AutoCAD

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
