Job summary

Dyson is hiring for a senior Test & Quality Assurance leader in Dubai to drive alpha testing, analyze in-life product quality, and translate data into actionable dashboards for executives. You will guide test specs from concept to post-launch and collaborate across Development, Operations, and Design teams.

The role requires 7+ years in product quality or software testing, strong Python with Pandas/NumPy, SQL skills, and experience with Tableau/Power BI.

Qualifications

7+ years of product quality or software test experience.
Bachelor's or Master's in computer/electronic engineering or related field.
Strong Python skills with Pandas/NumPy for data processing.
Experience building dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
Proficient in SQL and cloud data platforms like AWS Redshift.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage alpha test initiatives to capture issues early in development.
Validate lab test outcomes against design quality.
Analyze in-life product quality and data streams for insights.
Build and drive a leading quality dashboard for early indicators of software and hardware quality.
Develop robust product-level test specifications and analytics.
Ensure test specs are aligned before milestones, supporting teams from concept to post-launch.
Drive innovations in test methodologies using AI/ML and data analytics.
Act as a technical authority, integrating test processes into the product lifecycle.
Report test progress and software quality status to senior stakeholders.
