Job summary

SO Original Art & Beauty in Dubai is seeking a Hair Colour Specialist to join a creative team with a passion for artistry and client care. You will lead colour services, mentor junior stylists, and help grow the salon's reputation for exceptional service.

Requirements include at least 3 years of professional hairstyling, a strong portfolio in balayage/ombré/colour work, and excellent communication. Salary is up to AED 10,000 per month plus commission, with applicants based in the UAE preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional hairstyling experience.
• Strong balayage/ombré/colour work and precision cutting.
• Portfolio showcasing technical ability and creative range.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Willingness to mentor and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations on style, colour, treatments, pricing and maintenance.
• Deliver cutting, colouring and styling including balayage and colour transformations.
• Assess hair condition and recommend suitable services.
• Create polished finishes with blow-dries and styling for events.
• Build loyal client base through quality service and proactive rebooking.
• Mentor hair assistants and share techniques with the team.
• Stay updated on trends and participate in training and brand events.
