Job summary

Colibri Group, a leading provider of professional education through SimpleNursing, is hiring a growth marketer in Dubai. You will own the roadmap and hands‑on execution of SEO, content, and lifecycle email programs, driving organic growth and optimized user journeys.

You will partner with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Engineering to identify opportunities, run experiments, and improve conversions across landing pages and sign‑up flows. Strong data instincts and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2C growth, digital marketing, or demand generation.
• Hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, lifecycle email, and conversion rate optimization.
• Proven track record of launching campaigns, experiments, and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and hands‑on execution across earned and owned marketing channels including SEO, content, lifecycle email, and landing pages.
• Grow organic acquisition by identifying search opportunities and partnering with Engineering on technical SEO.
• Build and optimize lifecycle programs across onboarding, nurture, and re-engagement journeys.
• Improve conversion across landing pages and trial sign‑up flows through structured testing and CRO.
• Analyze customer journeys and funnel performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and behavior analytics tools.
• Partner with Paid Media, Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to communicate priorities and performance updates.
